Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in original condition within 10 business days from purchase date for a full refund. Special order and layaway merchandise are store credit only.
Merchandise that is returned and is not in original condition is subject to a minimum of a 20% restocking fee.

All Sullivan’s Jewelers jewelry is featured with a 1-year limited warranty against damage resulting from manufacturing defects or faults. Sullivan’s Jewelers, Inc. reserves the right to make an assessment of the jewelry in need of repair, or charge a nominal fee for repair and/or replacement of parts if damage is deemed to have resulted from something other than normal wear and tear.  All such repairs will be carried out only with the consent of the customer.
